DPD next day delivery

We always try to ensure we give our customers the best service possible but recently we’ve seen a dramatic increase in the number of issues around DPD next day delivery service especially the pre 10.30am and pre 12pm services.

We’ve spoke to DPD this morning and they have said that due to the unprecedented demand on their services caused by the ongoing Royal Mail strikes as well as Amazon holding onto more of their lorries than they should they’re no longer able to offer a guaranteed pre 10.30am service, and potentially over the next few days that may also apply to the pre 12pm service.

For the time being we have removed the pre 10.30am service and are warning all customers that next day delivery can take 1-3 days at the moment so please order early.

We are continuing to monitor the situation and will keep you updated as things progress. DPD next day delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you’re approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within 10 days. It’s usually much sooner than this but we can’t control the banks (although we wish we could).
